Storing an iced Christmas cake? - christmas cake icing
I think Christmas cake of ice yesterday, perhaps prematurely. The icing is very smooth, like I was the backdrop of the snow.
Should I ice the cake in the air is difficult to place in a closed box for a week?

If ice is not yet perhaps not. Let me put in the air and in a box. I usually make my cakes in advance and freeze, then thaw when the ice between them.
I made me and you're in the freezer decorated this time because they have time on Christmas Day.
