What is the deadline for companies to send out 1099's? - new deadline for renewalfor ohio drivers license
Every year this company will not my e-mail 31st January 1099, which I believe, send the deadline. I must stress that the end of February and put my tax return in the background. Is not this law, it? What can I do?

Send to firms with more time this year to their 1099's. Mid-February is the deadline this year.
If you are late again this year, you can file a complaint with the IRS. 1-800-829-1040
