Anyone got a good recipie for a sponge pudding/suet pudding done in the microwave??? thanks .? - suet pudding microwave -egg

Suet PUD. 4 Flowers 2 oz ounces of lard, 2 tablespoons minced meat (as in pies). Mix with water and put in the pudding mold. Microwave at a height of 5 minutes. Serve with cream. Note: The mixture should be moist side.

Sponge pudding with cream

Makes 4 servings



Preparation time less than 30 minutes

Ingredients
For the sponge pudding
110g/4oz self raising flour
110g/4oz brown sugar
110g/4oz butter, plus extra for greasing
2 eggs from hens raised free-range
Handful of raisins
For the cream
290ml / ½ liter of milk
1 vanilla bean split
55g/2oz sugar
2 eggs from hens raised free-range



Method
1. To move the sponge pudding, flour, sugar, butter and eggs in a food processor and smooth. Stir in raisins.
2. Grease a small microwave oven dish with butter and pour the sponge mixture.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at a height for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and springy to the touch.
4. For the cream gently heat milk and vanilla bean in a saucepan for several minutes, taking you to pay attention not to cook.
5. Beat sugar and eggs in a bowl until pale and thick.
6. Remove the vanilla bean from the milk and the milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly. Return to heat and stir until thickened.
7. To serve, turn the sponge pudding enter into a bowl and pour over the cream.

Chocolate Sponge Pudding

Ingredients

55g/2oz butter, soft
55g/2oz sugar
55g/2oz self-raising flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 egg

For the chocolate sauce

2 tablespoons cream
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cocoa

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar in a food processor. To combine flour and cocoa powder and pulse. Add egg and pulse again.
2. Grease a small fire-proof glass bowl with butter and pour the mixture to foam
3. Microwave at a height for 4-5 minutes or until cooked and rubbery to the touch.
4. To make the chocolate sauce, heat cream, sugar, butter and cocoa together in a pot, stirring occasionally. Simmer gently for some minutes.
5. Turn the pudding onto a plate and pour chocolate sauce to serve over.
